Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Expo customers in a professional manner while always maintaining the integrity of the Expo company reputation
  • Communicate clearly to the homeowner throughout the installation process
  • Supervise the loading of all required products, tools, and resources necessary to complete the assigned installations
  • Review the contract, materials, and instructions/drawings prior to starting on installation
  • Ensure that all job site areas are built in compliance with manufacturers engineering specifications as well as regulatory code requirements
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Follow pre and post-installation procedures and complete all required safety training
  • Present invoicing to the customer prior to and after installation and arrange their presence after completion for a final walkthrough to demonstrate and ensure the functionality of installation and customer satisfaction
  • Assist installation manager in any way that contributes to meeting company standards and achieving department goals
  • Contribute to a fair and positive teamwork environment
  • Troubleshoot unforeseen situations and communicate to installation manager
  • Clean work area daily throughout the entire installation process
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the installation and/or division managers

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Must provide General Liability insurance
  • A reliable vehicle that can transport supplies safely to the job site
  • Supply own tools

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Bath Installer who is looking to work in, and around, the Georgetown/Austin area.

The ideal individual will play a critical role in bath remodels  in customers in our Austin territory (including, surrounding areas). The Installer will be trained on our products and installation guidelines for constructing our products at our customers' homes and support our growing company.

Position Summary:    

Expo Home Improvement is seeking energetic Appointment Setters for our rapidly growing Call Center located in Carrollton TX. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in receiving an in-home consultation.


Starting pay: $19/hour for 1st 90 days; $16/hour after 90 days with incentive eligibility


Qualifications of the Call Center Agent / Appointment Setter:

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Establish and build trusting relationships with customers to promote company goals

· Schedule appointments with qualified customers

· Provide effective Customer Service with a Sales approach

· Must be an enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong work ethic

· One (1) year of call center or customer service experience preferred

· High School Diploma or GED equivalency required

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to interact effectively

· Moderate level of computer skills – Word, Excel, and database experience is a plus
