Expo Home Improvement is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us to continue to grow! This position will be based out of our North TX office and is responsible for developing a successful sales team that is able to positively impact the company and our customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire and train Design Consultants with assistance from Human Resources
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure strong presence
- Maintain company minimum performance expectations (MPE) on close rate and self-gen referral performance both individually and for assigned team
- Maintain staffing level at market budget as directed by Director of Sales
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- High volume of ride-a-longs with Design Consultants to encourage and provide continuous training
- Motivate sales team
- Monitor the team’s appointment results and marketing opportunities
- Set work schedules and Design Consultant attendance and availability
- Review product offerings and provide continuous training.
- Generate own leads through previous clients, referrals, and canvassing
- Promote a culture of self-generated referral and combo selling in assigned market
- Document and track all appointment results electronically
- Follow-up with customers and provide highest level of customer service
- Assist team with timely rescission saves
- Respond to all marketing opportunities in a timely manner
- Continuance observance of Company Core Values and people first culture
- Daily job audits of team sales
- Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum two (2) years of Sales experience in the Home remodeling industry
- Window and Bath replacement sales experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- One-call close experience
- High-level of enthusiasm and goal-oriented
- Expert in presentation and negotiations
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrate people skills and ability to collaborate with others
- High technical capacity with various software programs
- Valid Driver’s License with clear driving record
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position Summary:

- Position: Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master with the Texas State Board of Plumbing
- Rotational Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off), then Monday-Friday (with Saturday overtime). Flexible Schedule that includes weekends and holidays if necessary

Qualifications:

Position Summary:
Expo Home Improvement is seeking energetic Appointment Setters for our rapidly growing Call Center located in Carrollton TX. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in receiving an in-home consultation.
Starting pay: $19/hour for 1st 90 days; $16/hour after 90 days with incentive eligibility
Qualifications of the Call Center Agent / Appointment Setter:

- Ability to confidently close deals.
