What's In a Name?
Some home-improvement stores have branches; ours has
roots. Our story started way back in 1992, when Paul and Jackie Dietzler moved
to Texas and settled in for a lifetime of personal and professional adventure.
Window Expo was founded in Richardson in 2006; Paul bought the enterprise in
2012 and started Bath Expo as a complementary brand that same year.
Nearly three decades after the Deitzlers laid their first
roots in Texas, those roots have grown into a beautiful tree with significant
branches: Expo Home Improvement now boasts dynamic showrooms in Dallas-Fort
Worth, Georgetown, and San Antonio. Our
team has continued to grow alongside our service offerings.
More recently, it became clear that our mission could be better encapsulated by
pulling both Window Expo and Bath Expo under one umbrella that exemplified the
fuller scope of home renovation, design, and improvement. Expo Home Improvement
was reborn.
The name may be new, but the overall goal will always be
the same: To foster lifetime relationships with valued customers through our
