Customer Referral Program

*This offer is only valid for qualified referrals via an Expo Home Improvement previous or existing net contracted customer ("referring party"). For each qualified referral appointment with a status of "demoed" with Expo Home Improvement, the referring party will receive $50. If the qualified referral's appointment reaches a status of "sold" with Expo Home Improvement, the referring party will receive an additional $250. The incentives will be mailed via check to the referring party within 30 days of the referred party's completed appointment, if the result of the appointment is not marked "sold". Appointments that result in a contracted sale will have incentives for both the appointment and the sale paid out within 30 days of the completed project. In order for the referring party to qualify for incentive, the referred party must meet with one of our design consultants for a full consultation, which must be indicated in our system as "demoed" and/or "sold" with the sale not resulting in rescission or failure to obtain loan approval for incentive payment to be released by Expo Home Improvement. Also, the name of the referring party must be indicated at the time of the appointment being set, whether through the Expo Home Customer Referral Program online form submission or via phone call with one of our contact center agents. Only the referring party is eligible for incentive pay out. There is no limit on the number of qualified referrals that are allowed to be submitted. The incentive is only paid out on new projects.
